Upheld started with a small prayer group that kept its requests on a slide deck that grew longer every week. Upheld gives a group one shared list that stays current, a simple way to pray through it, and a place to celebrate the prayers God answers.
Prayer time on a timer
Pick how long you have and which lists to pray through. Upheld shuffles them into one stack and shows one prayer at a time until the timer ends.
Request a prayer
Say who needs prayer and what’s going on. Upheld drafts a prayer you can edit before you send it to your group.
Private groups with approvers
Every group is invite-only. Approvers welcome new members and review new requests before the group sees them.
Answered prayer
When God answers, an approver moves the prayer to Praise. It leaves prayer time, and the group can look back on it.
Add Upheld to your phone
Prayer lists open only in the app, not in a web browser. Add it to your home screen, open it from there, and sign in to join your group.
